Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of RankBox, an AI-assisted SEO analysis platform operated for organizations and their authorized users. By accessing or using RankBox, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and access

Access to RankBox is provided through accounts provisioned by your organization. Registration may be invite-only. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify your administrator of unauthorized use.

Organization responsibilities

Your organization controls membership, roles, connected properties, API keys (such as Ahrefs), and plan limits. Administrators may revoke access, manage Search Console connections, and assign usage credits. You must comply with your organization's policies when using RankBox.

Connected data and integrations

RankBox may access data you or your organization authorize, including Google Search Console, website crawl targets, and third-party SEO APIs. You represent that you have the right to connect such data and that its use in RankBox complies with applicable terms from Google, Ahrefs, and other providers. Disconnect integrations when you no longer wish RankBox to access them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use RankBox to violate law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the service or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service except as permitted in writing.
• Submit malicious URLs, abuse crawl or API quotas, or interfere with job queues.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as guaranteed rankings, legal advice, or professional certification.

AI-generated content

Reports, audits, backlink analysis, drafts, and chat responses are generated using large language models and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them. RankBox does not guarantee search rankings, traffic outcomes, or compliance with search engine policies.

Usage limits and plans

Features and monthly credits depend on the plan assigned to your organization. We may enforce limits, throttle usage, or suspend access that exceeds quotas or threatens service stability. Plan changes are administered by your organization; there is no self-serve payment flow in the product at this time.

Intellectual property

RankBox software, branding, and documentation remain our property or our licensors'. You retain rights to your content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

RankBox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankBox and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by your organization for RankBox in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.

Termination

Your organization or we may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use RankBox ends; provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
